JoJo is always worth watching, even though it gets so damn ridiculous. Somehow the series still stay somewhat compelling. It keeps forcing me to come back and watch it even though, most of the time, I'm sitting here cringing.

Exactly! JoJo will never make my favourites list, but it's nice to have an anime like this where you know you're in for some fun even if it's completely ridiculous.
Slight off-topic, but I have the same thing with Baby Steps but in a different way. The show is about a high school guy who decides to start learning tennis. And that's the show. All 24 or so eps of the first series was him training and playing. There were only two eps I think that showed anything besides (a school festival in one, and a date with a tennis girl in another), but for some reason I really enjoyed every episode and they flew by. And I'm looking forward to the second series in spring.
I think it's nice to have these shows which are like the relaxed, comfortable shows, alongside the exciting new ones that come along each season.

Baby Steps was quite good for sports anime. Prince of tennis or Aim for the Ace still remains the two best tennis anime in my estimation though.
