Hi guys!
I've had so much life stuff going on lately, but I'm now I'm finally working through some anime catch up and it's got me looking ahead to see what's coming up next season.
I have Baby Steps 2 continuing by the look of it, and obviously Gangsta is the standout of the season, but...what else? Rokka no Yuusha and God Eater look interesting enough to check out but nothing else is jumping out at me. I don't remember ever having so few shows stand out in any season since I started watching! Looks like I'll have plenty of time to watch some old shows.
Quiet season for you guys too?

Dragon Ball Super is on my radar for obvious reasons. But I don't necessarily have HIGH hopes. I'm burned out on years of Dragon Ball and would like to see the series just left well enough alone.
Of course Gangsta looks to be something special, so that is probably my top pick of the season. Other than that I'm really grasping here to see what looks good. I think this is the calm before the storm of what looks to be a jam-packed Fall/Autumn season. This season unfortunately looks to be one of the most lightweight seasons in quite some time in all honesty.

This may be a quiet season, but judging by first eps it's going to be a good one!
For me so far:
Gangsta - great! (And very cool OP) Aoharu x Kikanjuu - great! Rokka no Yuusha - great! (This feels a bit like a Yona replacement to me - without the romance - with it being historical and having a nice feel & music. Only met two of the main characters in the first ep and both seem pretty cool. Good action too)
I'm hoping God Eater next week will keep up the high standard. It's ufotable (who did the brilliant Fate/Zero & Fate/stay night UBW) so I have fairly high expections!
